Overview	Formal commands are used with people you would address with usted or ustedes. These commands are formed using the present tense yo form. for ar verbs, drop the o ending and add e or en examples: yo estudio --> ¡Estudie usted! - ¡Estudien ustedes! for er and ir verbs, drop the o ending and add a or an examples: yo leo --> ¡Lea usted! - ¡Lean ustedes! Five verbs have irregular formal commands. dar --> dé, den estar --> esté, estén saber --> sepa, sepan ser --> sea, sean ir --> vaya, vayan Reflexive pronouns come before negative commands or are attached to affirmative commands.
